Tooling & Mechanical Solution Development

• Lead the design, fabrication, testing and implementation of tools, fixtures, and mechanical solutions to support production, quality and innovation project.
• Ensure tooling quality, functionality, and readiness to meet operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling and manufacturing processes.

CNC Machining Center Ownership

• Take full responsibility for CNC machining center operation, programming, maintenance coordination, and performance optimization.
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to achieve quality, productivity, and cost target.
• Troubleshooting machining issues and establish machining standard and best practice.

Innovation & Manufacturing Capability Development

• Lead the development and implementation of new machining technologies, equipment, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Support manufacturing transformation initiatives through automation relate to tools, fix & fixture.

Engineering Support & Collaboration

• Provide technical expertise and support for product development, equipment improvement, facility project, and process optimization.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tooling solutions and successful project implementation.
