Officer, Load Planning (Bangkok Base)

Responsibilities

• Manage flight capacity and maximize the space
• Prioritize and manage cargo lying and backlog shipments
• Ensure all cargo onboard is planned accordingly
• Customer support: respond to local and overseas agents on enquiries and booking issues
• Coordinate with all concerned parties to ensure smooth workflow, including planners in other countries
• Keep inbound and outbound cargo records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in airline cargo operations, capacity management, or air freight coordination
• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with local and overseas agents
• Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills and proficiency in MS Office
