NQAC Lab Superintendent (Microbiology) - Navanakorn Factory

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

• Supervise daily microbiological testing activities and resource allocation to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
• Ensure analytical results are delivered accurately and within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
• Coordinate sample management, testing schedules, and laboratory workflow.
• Support troubleshooting and investigation of analytical deviations, atypical results, and non-conformities.
• Escalate technical and operational issues to the Lab Manager when required.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, Nestlé Good Laboratory Practices (NGLP), laboratory SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Maintain laboratory documentation, SOPs, work instructions, records, and technical files.
• Support method verification, method transfer, and routine performance monitoring of analytical methods.
• Supervise laboratory analysts/technicians and provide technical guidance on microbiological testing.
• Coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, qualification, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, biosafety, and environmental requirements.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Medical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in microbiological laboratory operations.
• Experience in ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories.
• Experience working under ISO/IEC 17025, GMP, GLP, or equivalent quality systems.
• Experience in microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and laboratory investigations.
• Previous experience leading a small team or acting as senior analyst/team leader is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
