FP1 Production High Risk Zone Supervisor

Job Purpose and Impact

The Plant Supervisor will implement and execute production for a less complex plant. We seek a professional to ensure responsibilities meet standards for safety, quality, efficiency and financial performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor and provide guidance on all aspects of the overall operational management of a less complex plant.
• Administer production budget for a department, process or shift.
• Monitor deliverables to ensure customer and product/quality standards are met within specifications.
• Execute day-to-day operations, ensuring direct reports follow policies and procedures related to employee safety and food/feed safety.
• Other duties as assigned
• Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year of directly related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience
