About the Role

• Inspect MEP installations (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Verify materials delivered to site and ensure they meet project standards and approved submittals
• Monitor contractor workmanship and raise observation reports or NCRs for deviations
• Support testing and commissioning activities by witnessing tests and verifying results
• Prepare daily inspection reports and update the Resident Engineer on site progress and issues

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related technical field
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP site inspection, preferably for data centres, industrial facilities, or mission‑critical projects
• Hands-on experience inspecting mechanical (HVAC, chilled water), electrical (LV/MV systems, UPS, generators), plumbing, and fire protection installations
• Experience handling QA/QC inspections, test witnessing, and installation verification
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and method statements
