Senior UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects, crafting digital experiences that meet user and business needs, including personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design complex user flows, information architecture, and end-to-end user journeys to ensure cohesive user experiences aligned with business objectives.
• Develop visually compelling and intuitive interfaces, maintain consistency with design systems and accessibility standards, and ensure brand alignment across platforms.
• Plan, run and analyze usability testing sessions; identify pain points and iterate designs based on findings.
• Conduct and oversee user research, translate insights into strategic design recommendations, and ensure user-centered design practices.
• Drive ideation and prototyping sessions; validate and refine concepts with cross-functional teams and align with product goals.
• Create detailed design documentation, present concepts to stakeholders, and facilitate design reviews to advocate for user-centered design.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, provide feedback, set growth goals, and foster team development.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure technical feasibility and consistency across platforms; use tools like Jira to manage tasks and timelines.
• Support sales and marketing by crafting proposals, presentations, and concept designs that showcase design expertise.
• Refine and evolve internal design frameworks to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• A good command of written and spoken Thai & English is essential.
• 4+ years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of and experience using UX methods and design thinking processes.
• Proven experience with interaction design and prototyping.
• Experience designing in Figma, particularly using components and design systems.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web interface patterns and guidelines.
• An outstanding design portfolio demonstrating principles for web and/or mobile platforms.
• Good understanding of graphic design, color theory, fonts and illustration.
• A nice personality and willingness to have fun with the team.
