Head of HRBP(CoE)

About the Role

Head of HRBP (CoE) at Betagro Group. Serve as single point of contact for employees and management across business units, providing strategic HR consultancy with emphasis on AI/technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for employees and management in the business units.
• Provide professional and strategic consultancy and advisory service to executives, management and staff in full spectrum of HR functions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives, particularly within the AI/technology landscape.
• Lead workforce planning and manpower strategy to ensure the organization is equipped with the right talent capabilities.
• Design, review, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and transformation.
• Build and enhance employee engagement to position the company as an attractive employer in the market.
• Develop competitive compensation & benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a small HR team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Generate HR reports and assist in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in AI, technology, or digital business is highly preferred.
• Strong background in HR strategy, manpower planning, and policy development.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
