About the Role

Due to strong demand in the region, we are hiring Senior Manager / Manager level candidates for our Tax Practice in Thailand. The Tax Practice covers tax advisory across Asia, including M&A tax due diligence, tax structuring, transfer pricing advisory, and compliance services. This position will lead and/or execute complex assignments, advise on cross-border transactions, and work closely with the Transaction Advisory Group and Private Equity Performance Improvement Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist with tax advisory assignments such as legal entity and operational restructuring, tax incentive assessment and application, and fund structuring advice.
• Lead and/or assist with Thailand corporate tax compliance: liaise with clients for required information, prepare/review estimated chargeable income, tax computations, and tax returns, and handle queries from regulatory authorities.
• Lead and/or assist with tax due diligence projects: identify key tax risks and potential deal breakers and assist with tax structuring for potential transactions aligned to clients' investment strategy.
• Assist in thought leadership publications on tax updates and support marketing campaigns to amplify the A&M brand in Thailand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, commerce, law or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of tax consulting experience expected.
• Strong leadership, execution, and coaching skills.
• Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high-quality client service.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
