About the Role

Identify new merchant opportunity to onboard on ShopeeFood and grow company's revenue from lived merchants.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the success of key merchants by growing their revenue and ensuring smooth operation.
• Build long lasting relationships and trust with merchants to understand their business and key success factors.
• Negotiate deals with merchants and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and follow up on solutions.
• Manage time to deliver multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to ensure excellent quality of execution.
• Leverage seller insights to build strong relationships with sellers.
• Collaborate well with other team members and drive to achieve team goals; transparently share ideas to improve team performance.
• Take high accountability and ownership of each account and task.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in BBA or related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in Key Account, Merchandiser, Offline business, or Business Development; product knowledge in Food delivery is a plus.
• Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented with data analysis capability and in-depth understanding of seller insights.
• Direct and related work experience in a Key Account role.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Business English is a plus.
