About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Sales and Service Engineer, you will provide field service support, troubleshoot technical issues, perform maintenance and repair on equipment, and deliver technical support to clients while assisting in communicating technical solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support and on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues for customers and equipment.
• Deliver technical support and handle customer queries effectively.
• Communicate technical solutions to clients and ensure prompt, efficient service to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Experience in field service with the ability to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and providing clear technical guidance.
• Proficiency in technical support and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Background in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment or systems is preferred.
• Technical qualification in Engineering or a related field is desired.
• Ability to work independently and within diverse team environments.
• Familiarity with the electronics or coating industry is advantageous.
