Job Purpose

Responsible for professionally serving customers according to company standards and guidelines, aiming to provide an excellent experience and maximize customer satisfaction, while also supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely with a smile and good manners.
• Provide service to customers according to trained standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Inquire and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.
• Check food quality against standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before each shift.
• Ensure the assigned area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal hygiene and dress code according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to the company's safety and hygiene standards.
• Comply with company regulations and supervisor's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education: Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent, or higher.
Experience: No experience required (experience in service will be a special consideration).

• Service-minded, smiling, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food handler training certificate (will be a special consideration).
