IT App Management Specialist

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for business applications to ensure system availability and optimal performance.
• Participate in projects to design, develop, test, implement, and roll out new or existing software applications.
• Resolve application incidents, perform root cause analysis, and communicate solutions effectively to business users.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and manage application changes.
• Administer and support SAP Business One (SAP B1), including troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancements.
• Administer and support the Kissflow platform, including workflow configuration, form development, business process automation, user management, and troubleshooting.
• Configure, maintain, and continuously improve Kissflow workflows to streamline business processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, and production deployment.
• Maintain application documentation, user manuals, SOPs, and technical knowledge base.
• Ensure application availability, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Provide end-user training and technical guidance for business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, IT Application Management, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems; strong knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) is mandatory.
• Experience administering and supporting Kissflow, including workflow configuration, business process automation, and user management, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Cloud Computing, Networking, and Database concepts.
• Experience with SQL, API integration, or system integration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
