About the Role

Product Specialist (Nakhon Ratchasima based) responsible for generating and expanding demand for the company’s products through regular representation to HCPs (health care professionals), implementing marketing activities and executing the product communication strategy to build confidence in the organisation’s products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product enlisting in focus accounts within the territory.
• Ensure customer coverage and execute marketing activities as per strategy.
• Generate demand for company products and achieve assigned sales budgets.
• Ensure continuous availability of medicines.
• Maintain internal networks with National Sales Manager, Country Head, Product and Access Manager.
• Develop external relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals/institutions, nurses and the local distributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification relevant to the healthcare industry.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably in Cardiology, Nephrology or Diabetes.

Skills

• Good knowledge of customers and territory management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
