About the Role

We're looking for a Product Management (PM) Intern who has a solid understanding of the Thai language, knows the local culture, user pain points, and regional market nuances, along with strong product principles to turn their ideas into features that engage and convert users. In this role, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Design and Engineering teams to manage user-friendly features from end to end and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the content.

Responsibilities

• Analysing the language learning habits of users in Thailand and developing localized product ideas.
• Collaborating actively with the Design and Engineering teams to define requirements and build application updates.
• Planning, creating, and executing targeted push notifications and in-app micro copy changes to drive user retention.
• Participating in core product brainstorming sessions to discover next-generation features for Airlearn.

Qualifications

• Candidates who deeply understand Thailand's culture, local nuances, and user pain points, with an ability to turn their insights into actionable product ideas that boost retention and attract new users.
• Candidates should be proficient in both Thai and English.
• Creative thinker who is adept at leveraging data insights to boost user engagement.
• Current students or recent graduates in Engineering, Business, MIS, or Design fields.
