TH Implementation Lead - Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS)

About the Role

The Lead - Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) will effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define the current and future state of business process, identifying the business requirements, suggesting and defining deliverables and driving towards identified solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, understand and document business requirements (BRD) by understanding the business process and mapping as-is processes to to-be processes.
• Finalize the kickoff, implementation approach and handle the complete lifecycle with little or no guidance, working with technical and product teams where needed.
• Zoho/cloud based business application implementation experience in a large enterprise preferred.
• Travel to client locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field of studies.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in application development.
• Business-level proficiency in English and at least one local language.
• Working experience in any software/cloud based application services provider.
• Sound understanding of APIs, integrations, data migration and technical architecture.
• Project management skills and experience in IT system implementations within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills, and ability to recognize and resolve stakeholder conflict.
