Presales Engineer

About the Role

Presales Engineer providing presales technical support: communicate with customers to understand needs, propose targeted solutions, build and demonstrate cloud or test environments, and support major projects to help achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical support and communicate with customers to accurately understand their needs.
• Propose targeted solutions, conduct scheme communication, and provide solution explanations and project schemes to customers.
• Build cloud computing or relevant test environments and demonstration systems to verify feasibility and implementation plans.
• Guide technology for assigned projects, provide presales support, and coordinate technical resources for major projects.
• Write customized solutions, technical content for bidding and tendering, and other related documents.
• Provide technical training for relevant channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science or related fields, with strong presales capabilities and experience.
• Efficient learning and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, proactive thinking, innovation, and teamwork spirit.
• Familiar with cloud computing, virtualization, networking and related industries and able to explain corresponding technical features.
• Experience in the cloud-related industry and familiarity with competitors or other vendors' products for comparative analysis is preferred.
• Fluent in English and local language will be preferred.
