Expert, AI-First Program (AI Expert)

About the Role

The role of AI expert involves responsibility for expert in AI technology. This person will be expected to work cross-functionally with relevant business units and technical teams. They must ensure that execution aligns with overall AI strategy, compliance requirements, and business goals. The role demands deep subject-matter expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to deliver scalable impact. In addition to delivery excellence, they must support governance, knowledge sharing, and long-term transformation success.

Responsibilities

• Position equivalent to Vice President (VP) level.
• Design and implement AI/ML models and evaluation pipelines.
• Integrate models with data and platform services for production.
• Run experiments, tuning, and error analysis for performance.
• Document reusable components and deployment patterns.
• Support Responsible AI reviews and compliance checks.
• Work cross-functionally with business units and technical teams to align execution with AI strategy, compliance, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; preferred advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML, MLOps, or Cloud Architecture.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and solution delivery, including recent hands-on production experience.
• Preferred experience with large language models (LLMs), MLOps frameworks, and hyperscaler platforms.
• Experience in AI/ML model design and implementation, performance optimization and error analysis, and documentation and governance compliance.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and decision-making under complexity.
