Senior Project Manager to AVP Project Management (Housing/Villa) - Based Phuket

Position: Senior Project Manager / AVP - Housing Project, Based Phuket (level depend on experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage Housing/ Villa construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project schedules, allocate budgets, and control costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Review and approve design drawings, materials, and construction quality to meet project standards and comply with legal requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, providing recommendations to address any issues or risks.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure the project is ready for a successful opening.
• Lead and supervise the on-site project team to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Housing/ Villa construction project management, with at least 5 years at management level.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control.
• Proven experience in budget control, contract management, and contractor supervision.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work full-time in Phuket.
• Good command of English for communication with stakeholders and partners.
