Technical Project Manager (CDC)

Responsibilities

• Set and drive project timelines and milestones across distribution center (DC), logistics, and end-to-end supply chain initiatives, ensuring delivery commitments are met
• Keep external vendors and third-party teams aligned and accountable, proactively following up to ensure commitments are on track
• Map cross-team dependencies and orchestrate a diverse portfolio of logistics and DC projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Plan and schedule QA and developer resource allocation well in advance to support seamless sprint and release cycles
• Occasionally step into Product Owner (PO) responsibilities, including backlog management and ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders through clear, consistent, and proactive communication
• Develop and maintain contingency plans for delays, blockers, or unforeseen events to safeguard project delivery
• Demonstrate an owner’s mindset by proactively identifying gaps and pivoting strategies to stay aligned with evolving business objectives
• Exercise disciplined prioritization, keeping the team focused on high-impact objectives while deferring low-value requests
• Travel to distribution centers (DCs) as needed to support on-the-ground coordination and project validation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with strong involvement in project management
• Proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-team initiatives on time and within scope
• Experience in at least one supply chain domain such as logistics, DC operations, procurement, inventory management, or end-to-end supply chain
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to work effectively alongside engineering teams
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Must be able to converse fluently in Thai
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities without losing sight of delivery commitments
