Finance Director (Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani)

This role leads the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the Thailand entity/ manufacturing site, ensuring strong financial governance, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will act as a key business partner supporting strategic decision-making while optimizing cost, cash flow, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations for the Thailand entity.
• Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Perform variance analysis on P&L and balance sheet, driving actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
• Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Drive working capital improvements and optimize cash conversion cycle.
• Partner with commercial and plant leadership to enhance margins and operational efficiency.
• Review and approve CAPEX investments and monitor project spending.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management framework; liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors.
• Manage fixed assets including capitalization, reconciliation, and physical verification.
• Oversee costing processes including product costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation; lead inventory reviews and annual stock count processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally within manufacturing.
• Strong background in cost accounting and plant controlling.
• Proven team management experience (approx. 5-7 team members).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
