Clinical Specialist (Surgical Specialty)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product knowledge, technologies, market information, and product training (training will be provided).
• Conduct and provide training sessions to customers (healthcare professionals in hospitals).
• Ensure that customers are provided with high-quality care and attention throughout the sales and service process of the procured medical technology.
• Provide clinical support, troubleshooting, and case support for medical equipment to users.
• Assist users in becoming familiar with the usage of medical equipment.
• Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct clinical training sessions and perform on-the-job training on the company’s products for healthcare professionals in hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in medical device sales, OR room or ICU unit would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
