Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and other engineering-related issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules
• Monitor the performance of equipment and report abnormalities to the supervisor
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Assist with installation, renovation, and improvement projects as required
• Record maintenance activities and complete work orders accurately
• Support emergency repairs and operational requirements when needed
