About the Role

This role is part of the Business Development (BD) program, focusing on launching new initiatives that align with Shopee’s long-term vision and growth strategy. The work is project-based, ideal for individuals who are young, well-rounded, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new, high-impact initiatives that align with the company’s strategic vision and deliver measurable business results.
• Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, both internal and external, to support seller growth.
• Initiative & Campaign Management: Design, execute, and evaluate projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Use data and insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field (Fresh graduate welcome).
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator who can listen to partner needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Team player excited to contribute to a collaborative and ambitious culture.
• High sense of ownership and a desire to make a tangible impact.
