Process Engineer Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for plant layout (Hoshin) and process improvement.
• Lead to implement lean/VPS concept to process and operation for cost saving.
• Responsible for department Expense/CAPEX management and KPI scorecard.
• Responsible for APQP/PPAP/ProMap process development as core team.
• Responsible for any engineering change (VA/VE, etc.) to ensure completion on time.
• Responsible for plant MIC and capacity overall review for mid- to long-term.
• Responsible for team management and development.
• Ensure HSE requirements have been implemented in their area.
• Ensure station-level safety training has been implemented.
• Ensure standard process/operation are inline with HSE procedure and are in good condition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree; Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• >5 years in automotive business, preferably rubber-to-metal business or plastic injection.
• Knowledge/experience in process engineering; Anti-Vibration Solution is an advantage.
• Thai & Good English (Spoken & Written).
