Your responsibilities

• Enhance customer service by supporting projects and day-to-day operations.
• Partner with various teams to deliver exceptional service and foster strong relationships.
• Maintain data accuracy and champion best practises within your team.
• Contribute expertise to our internal practises and systems.
• Drive continuous improvements and support your team in achieving our strategic objectives.

The experience we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks efficiently, especially under tight deadlines.
• Experienced in collaborating with individuals at all levels and driving process enhancements.
• Basic understanding of supply chain dynamics and the role of an analyst.
• Skilled in SAP and Excel, leveraging these tools to support data integrity and decision-making.
• Proactive in taking ownership of tasks to completion, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
