About the Role

Be responsible for maintaining Quality System/data and provide analysis for improving quality of production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Quality System and quality data; analyse data and propose improvements to production quality.
• Perform product quality tests: understand all test methods and perform tests accurately.
• Handle customer claims and be owner of related KPI/KAI indicators (e.g., IRP cocktail, number of approved issues, critical issues prevention, PM claim handling lead time) and maintain related system documents.
• Participate in WCM and total waste team/actions (OTIF); maintain PM master data accuracy and system documents related to total waste.
• Drive continuous improvement of base material quality; maintain system documents for base materials and manage working material (AM) quality and related projects.
• Quality system management: participate in building and maintaining ISO9000/ISO14000/BRC/ISO22000/OHSAS18001 systems; implement Factory Process Control including SPC and Computer Data Acquisition System and perform timely data analysis.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years QA or related work experience in Production, Maintenance or WCM; OR Post Graduate Engineering Degree in advanced science or Statistical Methods.
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, BRC, ISO22000, OHSAS18001 systems.
• Experience with SPC, TQM, TPM or WCM is required.
