Specialist, CI Engineer (Lamphun)

What You'll Do

• Plan, manage, and monitor construction or renovation projects to ensure completion within the approved timeline.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise and inspect construction quality to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Control project budgets, track expenses, and provide progress updates against approved budgets.
• Organize regular project meetings, follow up on action items, and report project status.
• Review and manage project documents such as BOQ, drawings, quotations, contracts, progress reports, and handover documents.
• Identify project risks and provide effective solutions to minimize delays or cost impacts.
• Ensure contractors comply with safety regulations and site requirements at all times.
• Conduct project inspections, manage punch lists, and complete final handover as scheduled.
• Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management.

Personal Competencies

• Technical competency in analytical, problem-solving skills, process management, change Management and advanced statistical techniques are a plus.
• Experience in continuous improvement (Lean master or Six sigma belt certification is preferred)
• Strong to appropriately apply analysis and statistical tools to solve problems.
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Minitab (Statistical) and power BI.
• Good of both written and spoken English.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong to effectively prioritize and execute multitasks while under pressure.
