About the Role

The Magnum ERP Cutover Manager will plan, coordinate and execute cutover activities for the ERP implementation as Unilever Ice Cream transitions to the new Magnum Ice Cream Company. The role will ensure a seamless transition from four legacy SAP systems to a single ERP platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the cutover strategy aligned with project objectives and timelines, working with the ERP Deployment Lead, ERP Hypercare Lead and deployment leads in business groups globally.
• Prepare detailed cutover plans including schedules, dependencies and resource allocation; coordinate data migrations, system transitions and process changes across project teams and operating business.
• Lead rehearsals (mock cutovers) to identify potential risks before go-live and implement mitigation plans.
• Identify risks related to cutover activities, record and resolve risks using the project methodology, and ensure rapid resolution or escalation of issues during go-live.
• Provide immediate post-cutover support to address system performance or operational issues and conduct reviews to capture lessons learned for future rollout waves.
• Maintain comprehensive records of cutover activities and decisions, and prepare regular updates for stakeholders on progress, risks and outcomes within the project meeting cadence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP ERP implementations.
• Strong project management skills; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Full working knowledge of ERP systems and data migration processes.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities; experience working across multiple countries and diverse teams and operating in high-pressure environments.
• Team leadership experience to align operating business with a complex change plan.
