Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to key customers including troubleshooting, product recommendations, and application guidance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the product portfolio and its applications in customer processes.
• Conduct on-site visits to support product trials, installations, and performance evaluations.
• Diagnose technical issues and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to deliver solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Collect and analyze performance data to optimize product usage and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to develop tailored solutions for customer needs.
• Prepare detailed reports on trials, technical findings, and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty chemicals or related industries with strong knowledge of formulations and application processes.
• Customer-centric with excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Analytical thinker able to diagnose and resolve technical issues and make data-driven decisions.
• Project management skills to manage technical projects and trials from start to finish.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data and familiarity with CRM systems, technical documentation tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
