Responsibilities

• Execute projects related to improvement initiatives across various departments, including Customer Service (CS), Return & Refund (RR), and Listing & Content.
• Help track team performance and identify areas where improvements are needed.
• Collaborate with teams to suggest and implement feature improvements for internal tools and platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment and operational success.
• Create clear reports to show project progress and results to the team and leaders.
• Support projects aimed at process optimization to make daily work faster and more efficient.
