We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and evaluate business processes; conduct research such as surveys to pinpoint potential issues.
• Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical/design documentation for the IT and development teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives and produce written reports summarizing data analysis.
• Provide guidance and training to support implementation of recommended changes and gather data to assess impact.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications; provide detailed assets, specs and documentation to support development.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics and other data sources; continuously refine the user experience.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (Figma) and define interaction design.
• Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across product interfaces and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Product Designer on e-commerce or B2B2C products.
• Proven track record of working closely with product managers and engineers.
• Experience using product metrics and UX metrics to guide design decisions.
• Deep knowledge of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
• Strong skills in Figma and modern design workflows; experience with design systems and tokenized components.
• Ability to produce clear design and technical documentation; experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent time management and an ownership mindset.
• Russian C1+ and English B2.
