About the Team

As part of Shopee Business Development team, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business across the region. You will collaborate with partners across markets, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, and make meaningful impacts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving strategic initiatives (project-based) across different markets to achieve impact in growth, profitability, and efficiency.
• Learn and contribute to overall strategy while gaining hands-on experience.
• Work closely with local markets to identify opportunities and gaps, review problem statements, and generate solutions for regional strategic initiatives.
• Support data analysis and competitor benchmarking and take a hypothesis-driven approach to address business challenges.
• Identify new growth opportunities and initiate projects with structured business cases.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of working experience.
• Previous experience in management consulting or e-commerce industry preferred.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking with ability to form actionable insights and recommendations using analytical skills.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Team player, humble, organized and results driven; able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and prepare clear presentations to management.
