We’re looking for Builders — people who experiment, prototype, automate, and ship. This is not a traditional role with a narrow job description. We’re building a team of AI-native builders who want to rethink how software is designed, built, and used in the age of AI. At FlowAccount, we help Thai SMEs manage accounting, payroll, payments, operations, and finance. We believe AI will fundamentally reshape business software, and we want people who are excited to help build that future. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, design, operations, and leadership teams to rapidly prototype ideas, build AI-powered workflows, and turn experiments into real products used by thousands of businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Build prototypes, internal tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that improve how businesses operate
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and growth teams to rapidly test ideas
• Move experiments from prototype to production and iterate based on real-world usage

What We’re Looking For

We care more about what you’ve built, how quickly you learn, and your ability to execute than traditional credentials or years of experience. We’re especially interested in people who:

• Love building and experimenting and have side projects, prototypes, or things they’ve shipped
• Are excited about AI and the future of software and can move quickly from idea → prototype → iteration
• Have domain expertise or strong interest in accounting, finance, payroll, operations, payments, ERP, e-commerce, customer workflows, or AI productivity
• Experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Windsurf, or similar tools is a strong plus
