Responsibilities

• Act as a Hospitality Ambassador and front line of guest interactions, providing prompt and courteous service to all guests.
• Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in food and beverage outlets.
• Work as a team within all departments to ensure the timely and efficient operation of the food and beverage outlets.
• Have complete knowledge of the menus, beverages, services and facilities provided by the resort.
• Continuously develop professional skills to further increase guest satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work area and uphold the privacy rights of guests.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a courteous service manner.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-departmental team.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, services and hygiene standards.
