Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-month Contract)

About the Role

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to support business goals. Mainly support recruiting for senior positions in commercial, IT, and corporate functions. Perform searches and direct approaches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, utilizing various effective channels and tools to attract the best-fit candidates. Conduct recruitment activities for vacancies and new positions across various departments and subsidiary companies. Manage and control recruitment systems and processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment within appropriate time frames.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior/manager level roles in commercial, IT and corporate functions across Thai Union and subsidiaries.
• Source and directly approach qualified candidates using multiple channels and tools.
• Manage recruitment systems and processes to meet hiring timelines and ensure efficient candidate flow.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the selection process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a dynamic multinational company.
• Proven experience in direct sourcing and handling complex hiring for manager level and above.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, organizational and negotiation skills; executive presence and resilience.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team-player; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Proficient in Thai and English with strong communication skills.

Additional Information

• Contract: 6-month.
• Work arrangement: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible working hours).
• Location: Bangkok Office, SM Tower (3 mins walk from BTS Sanam Pao).
