Super User Advisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Super User (SU) community across sites, ensuring strong collaboration, capability building, and a growth mindset.
• Act as the highest-level subject matter expert on WMS (Warehouse Management System) driven operations and system-driven processes.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Operations SU to ensure consistent execution and performance.
• Support Operations SU directly in migration, new business implementation and change-over projects.
• Define, maintain, and deploy best practices, standards, and system process frameworks across the cluster/country.
• Communicate system changes, innovations, and improvements to the SU community and ensure effective adoption Evaluate and monitor SU performance, driving accountability and continuous capability improvement.
• Consolidate and oversee site-level reporting, ensuring data consistency, transparency, and actionable insights.
• Drive alignment between Operations, IT, and Operations Excellence (OE) on system-driven transformation Foster knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across all sites Enable scalable, standardized, and high-performing system-driven warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Operations experience in logistics or relevant industry or well understanding of warehouse process for both IT & Operations aspects required
• Skilled in WMS Configuration & UAT coordination combining with project management & delivery as Project Lead background required
• Lean black belt or relevant experience is desirable
• ITIL or PMI or relevant experience preferred
• Good communication both in Thai and English
