About the Company

Responsibilities

• Conduct training classes for all channels as assigned by Training Manager and Head Zone.
• Summarize and evaluate trainings with Training Manager and Head Zone after each training class to report numbers of trainees and results of working after training within timeline.
• Develop knowledge and skills to specialize in training for each module/program/channel with a mentoring system and feedback.
• Analyze training knowledge and skills with Training Manager and Head Zone regularly every 2-3 weeks.
• Manage budgets with Training Manager and Head Zone to align with plans and follow company rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a trainer in the insurance business (sales, team management).
• Knowledge and skills specialized in training and development.
• Coordination and analytical thinking.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
