Electrical Engineer

About the Role

The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and analyzing voltage regulators, transformers, and their subcomponent assemblies using appropriate engineering principles. This role will also support R&D projects, manufacturing equipment improvements, and equipment modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare the electrical engineering documents and drawings for customer approval
• Review related documents and drawings before submission for customer approval
• Consideration and evaluation of relevant contract specifications
• Perform calculations related to electrical engineering work (grounding calculation, lightning calculation, voltage drop calculation)
• Prepare breakdown of materials
• Support and clarify technical issues with customers
• Contribute and communicate with the team or customer to achieve targets
• Provide engineering support for sales bidding and project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Thai associated level of electrical engineering license
• Experience in electrical engineering design
• 1-2 years of experience in electrical engineering design for AIS or GIS high voltage substation (Advantage)
• Good command of English language
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and AutoCAD
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work towards the target schedule
