Marketing Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join a premium lifestyle brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong brand presence through integrated marketing campaigns, social media communication, events, and customer engagement activities. The successful candidate will help drive brand awareness, elevate customer experience, and ensure consistent brand communication across both online and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the brand’s social media platforms and digital communication channels
• Adapt and localize global marketing content to align with local market audiences and brand direction
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including online, offline, and experiential activities
• Create compelling marketing copy and content in both Thai and English
• Coordinate lead generation initiatives and customer engagement campaigns
• Support brand-building activities such as product launches, media events, roadshows, sponsorships, and lifestyle activations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution
• Monitor and follow up on marketing activities across dealer networks and partner channels
• Support internal communication initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure all marketing activities are executed in alignment with brand standards and premium customer experience expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, or Integrated Marketing
• Experience working with luxury, premium, automotive, fashion, lifestyle, or high-end consumer brands is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of social media management and integrated marketing communications
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in both Thai and English
• Experience managing events, media activities, and external agencies
• Creative mindset with strong project coordination and multitasking skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
