Warehouse Manager (Surat Thani Province)

About the Role

As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality fulfillment services. The role requires driving productivity, optimising processes, managing stakeholders, and developing high-performing teams to support Shopee's fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations across inbound, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound activities.
• Drive warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality through continuous process improvement and performance optimisation initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse policies, SOPs, and operational procedures to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Analyse operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to reduce costs, improve turnaround time, and enhance customer experience.
• Resolve complex warehouse operational issues and make timely, data-driven decisions to minimise operational disruptions.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment by enforcing safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams through performance management, capability building, and succession planning.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, SLA achievement, and resource utilisation.
• Manage WMS performance and collaborate with Regional and Product teams to resolve system-related issues and drive enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, KAM, Customer Service, Marketing, Sourcing, Planning, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Support strategic operational improvement projects and transformation initiatives to enhance scalability and capabilities.
• Manage and evaluate 3PL partners' performance to ensure operational standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports, business reviews, and performance insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or supply chain environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale warehouse operations and leading operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to translate insights into operational improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management, and process optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities in developing high-performing teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven, and rapidly evolving environment; experience with e-commerce, fulfillment centres, express logistics, or 3PL operations highly preferred.
