Business Analyst

About the Role

First Class Innovation (Dr.Pong+) looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing e-commerce team. You will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team — translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that deliver real impact.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for e-commerce features and initiatives.
• Process Design: Analyze existing business processes and design optimized workflows; create clear process flow diagrams (e.g., using Lucidchart, draw.io, Visio, or similar tools).
• Wireframing & UI Mockups: Produce low-to-mid fidelity wireframes and UI mockups to communicate feature concepts and user flows to both business and tech stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business units (marketing, operations, sales, customer service) and the technology/development team, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
• User Stories & Specifications: Write clear user stories, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs/PRDs) for developer handoff.
• UAT & Quality Assurance: Define acceptance criteria, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and regular project update meetings with both business and technical teams.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, system configurations, and project decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce or digital/tech-focused environment.
• Proven experience working directly with software development or engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams and wireframes/UI mockups (tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, draw.io, Miro, or equivalent).
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience writing user stories, BRDs, PRDs, and functional specifications.

Preferred

• Experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or web technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
• Exposure to UX/UI design principles.
