About the Role

Build real‑world impact across SEA as a Kearney Original. As an Associate at Kearney SEA, you’ll lead client workstreams and coach Junior and Senior Analysts while partnering with client executives to design—and implement—solutions that deliver measurable outcomes in operations, procurement, and growth. Onsite, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and teams, working alongside the client to create recommendations and implement co-created solutions.
• Gather and analyze data and conduct competitor assessment studies to ensure the success of projects.
• Assist the firm’s business development by generating proposals.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership and other internal and external reports and articles.
• Participate in firm-building opportunities such as recruiting, training, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Post-MBA graduate with consulting experience, or non-MBA graduate with prior consulting (5–7 years) and workstream leadership experience.
• Experienced in coaching/leading workstreams to shape client agendas.
• Comfortable jumping between spreadsheets and shop floors/ports/warehouses.
• Insatiable problem-solver who enjoys making change happen, not just proving a hypothesis.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, or Tagalog is a plus for client work in Malaysia/Indonesia/Thailand/Philippines.
