About the Role

Talent Acquisition Partner (Pharma) based in Bangkok, Thailand. Join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to drive end-to-end recruitment for the Pharmaceutical space. Hybrid work arrangement. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver across the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with preference for experience in Pharma or FMCG and recruiting for Commercial or related roles
• Manage multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond recruitment, advising on market insights, mapping, trends, and competitor movements
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement
• Build, nurture and grow strategic talent pools

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Thai communication skills
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments and delivering high volumes of candidates
• Experience recruiting in an RPO or internal setup
• Expert-level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing using multiple channels and approaches
• Ability to drive own network and source candidates using out-of-the-box approaches beyond recruiting platforms
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
