As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting CAPEX projects as the Thailand-based quality expert, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded across the full project lifecycle. This is a dynamic and impactful role, combining technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Role & Your Impact

In this role, you will ensure that quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements are effectively integrated into CAPEX projects and site operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the Thailand Quality representative for CAPEX projects, ensuring compliance throughout design, construction, commissioning, qualification, and validation
• Collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders to define and implement project quality requirements
• Supporting project reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities to ensure alignment with quality standards
• Driving quality risk management, documentation, and traceability across all project phases
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, including quality handover, training, and post-project follow-up activities

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

We are looking for a quality-focused professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a project-driven environment.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and food safety standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher)
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes
• Experience with quality tools such as HACCP, FMECA, SPC, 5 Whys, and 8D
• Understanding of food manufacturing regulations and compliance requirements in Thailand
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
• Fluent English communication skills
