Production Supervisor

About the Role

To plan and control a BN & VETA production line operation and arrange the manpower to achieve the product volume with standard quality, as well as controlling wastage and productivity following working procedures, while ensuring and promoting workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage production workforce to ensure production efficiency and target achievement.
• Troubleshoot closely with Engineering team to ensure machine utilization, capacity, and performance meet department targets.
• Lead improvement projects to minimize wastage, increase %OEE and productivity, and enhance safety.
• Educate and coach production team to ensure compliance with WI, SOP and Quality standards.
• Support production team training regarding Autonomous Maintenance and PT standard, and verify correctness of PT standard methodology.
• Act as internal auditor for ISO systems, Quality system and GHP & HACCP.
• Monitor and improve the working environment with 5S, Quality systems, legal and company requirements, and GHP & HACCP standards.
• Create activities or rewards to ensure employee satisfaction, morale, and continuous improvement, while ensuring and promoting workplace safety.
• Follow company regulations and all implemented standard systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Food Science or related field.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; SAP would be an advantage.
• Coaching skills and strong communication.
• Strong leadership skills.
