Senior Manager – Markets Care & Government Relation

About the Role

As Siemens Energy’s primary representative in Thailand, you will cultivate trusted relationships across the business lifecycle to drive customer success. You will anticipate market developments, foster government and stakeholder engagement, and provide strategic advice in the context of energy transition, climate policy, and decarbonization.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend country strategies.
• Engage with government officials, regulators, embassies, trade associations and policy institutions to navigate policy impacts and build partnerships.
• Manage customer accounts: identify needs, resolve challenges, support lead generation and improve customer satisfaction.
• Advise internal stakeholders on geopolitical and policy trends affecting business strategy and provide regular policy updates and intelligence.
• Represent Siemens Energy at industry events, conferences and stakeholder forums to promote the company's mission and capabilities.
• Execute country strategy, capture plans and initiatives aligned with Siemens Energy’s global vision; collaborate cross-functionally to address critical issues and manage risks.
• Analyze legislative and regulatory changes impacting operations in Thailand and support the company’s role in sustainable development and decarbonization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in market development, stakeholder engagement and government affairs.
• Experience with policy-related work, international collaboration and navigating political landscapes.
• Exposure to energy, infrastructure or related industries is an advantage.
• Key competencies: relationship management and diplomacy; strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills; product and regulatory knowledge relevant to Siemens Energy solutions; strategic and analytical thinking; organizational agility and problem-solving in cross-functional contexts.
