Account Manager

About the Role

Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic “people person” with an eye for detail and strong communication skills? As an Account Manager at Sphere Agency & Spartan Studio, you will serve as a key relationship team member and partner with clients on both strategic and tactical levels. You will provide support in relationship management, integrated digital marketing, and marketing strategy, and be responsible for managing administrative and organizational workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Target potential clients and develop relationships to meet business requirements and achieve account growth.
• Sell agency services and develop new client relationships while maintaining existing ones.
• Act as the client's voice in developing and executing advertising campaigns across print, web, broadcast and social channels.
• Coordinate efforts of internal teams (strategic planner, creative, design, production, media, copywriters, online media, social) to align with client goals.
• Assist in digital project management, digital brand strategy, and coordination between client and digital teams.
• Develop integrated marketing plans across multiple channels (creative, paid search, SEO, email, display, social, etc.).
• Participate in weekly client status calls, internal meetings, performance reviews and pitching/new business presentations.
• Manage multiple campaigns/projects in parallel under tight deadlines; take ownership and act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Brief colleagues and external parties on campaign ideas and oversee execution to meet briefs, timelines and budgets.
• Generate billing, manage budgets and control working timelines; document and communicate client administrative procedures.
• Evaluate and report campaign results and report performance to clients' executives.
• Manage and support client activities in PR, social, digital and influencer engagement and propose creative solutions leveraging emerging marketing technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or related fields.
• At least 5+ years of experience in an Advertising Agency or related field.
• Good English / Thai written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital agencies specializing in online and social marketing and excellent knowledge of online channels and Thailand technology trends and platforms.
• Experience in key account management and ability to sell agency services.
• Ability to use Google Suite apps and strong presentation skills.
• Analytical and strategic marketing skills (competitive assessment, industry analysis, SWOT, etc.) and experience evaluating online campaigns.
• Good accounting and corporate tax knowledge; ability to manage billing and budgets.
• Time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, attention to detail, adaptable, hardworking, team player, creative and able to work under pressure.
