Cloud Consultant- Azure

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant with deep expertise in AWS to be part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and implementing sophisticated AWS projects for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement AWS solutions for clients, ensuring delivery meets client needs and aligns with standard processes.
• Manage and implement on-premises to AWS cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations, minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect and sales teams during presales to provide technical insights and estimations.
• Manage a team of delivery consultants and act as a point of escalation for technical issues.
• Ensure delivery projects adhere to compliance and security standards.
• Continually improve technical expertise and knowledge of AWS services and technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions focused on AWS, including on-premises to AWS and cloud-to-cloud migrations.
• Deep understanding of cloud security processes and network configurations.
• Industry certifications in specialist solution areas (AWS / Kubernetes); AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing Hybrid/Private Cloud solution projects.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitLab).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux (RedHat/CentOS), DNS, LDAP, TCP/IP and other network protocols.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet and Ansible.
• Experience developing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with containers and platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud monitoring/alerting services.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Proven experience leading teams and managing delivery of complex technical projects, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is encouraged.
