T&T Senior Consultant - SAP ABAP - TH

About the Role

Location: Bangkok, TH (onsite). Service Line / Portfolios: Enterprise Technology & Performance. This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia and leads SAP ABAP solutions: design, development, implementation and delivery of SAP functional and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on industry and SAP recommended leading/standard practices and design target-state SAP solutions.
• Analyze application landscape and design interfaces to SAP solutions; develop specifications for forms, reports and interfaces.
• Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop and deliver testing, migration and cutover activities.
• Lead consultant and client teams through implementation cycle; plan and execute testing, migration and cutover.
• Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and drive growth of SAP business in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Hands-on experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Proven experience in implementing SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and data model.
• Knowledge of various SAP modules and associated business processes (e.g., FI, CO, PS, TR, MM, PM).
• Proficiency in ABAP programming including ABAP Objects, CDS views and OData services; experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and performance tuning techniques in ABAP.
• Familiarity with process mapping/modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN) and RPA tools/methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Skills

• Preferred: experience with SAP BTP and cloud-native development.
• Preferred: knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, SOAP, REST) and specific SAP BPA/integration tools (SAP Build Process Automation, SAP IRPA, SAP CPI/PO).
• Preferred: certifications in Business Process Management (BPM) or Lean Six Sigma.
• Preferred: knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript for automation development.
