IT Specialist

Job Summary

Support the review, design, and implementation of IT systems. This role is a key contributor in driving projects that align with the company’s strategic goals, including 3BB, AI Smart Home, PS-level initiatives, and other major ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing IT systems, including network, software, and hardware components, to identify errors, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with employees and department heads to gather and define system requirements to improve operational efficiency.
• Design, develop, and enhance systems to address issues identified in current environments.
• Prepare analysis reports, including cost-benefit assessments, for proposed system upgrades or improvements.
• Support the IT team in implementing newly designed and approved systems.
• Test and troubleshoot newly implemented systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
• Develop and deliver user training programs and system documentation.
• Execute system implementation within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
• Design and maintain system documentation and specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
• Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability.
• Manage system implementation and system integration activities.

The System Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring successful system delivery and continuous improvement in alignment with business and organizational objectives.
